Our team is organised into four regional groups: Finland, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway), CEE, and the UK, but we work closely across borders. Our work is also organised around four industry verticals: Software & Services, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology, which helps us build deep expertise in the types of businesses we support and understand the real operational challenges our customers face.  

To keep the whole community connected, we regularly bring the entire NetSuite team together for online meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions. It’s a simple but effective way to stay aligned, exchange practical lessons from projects, and make sure everyone knows who to turn to when they need support.
