At Staria, our BI Service team is a key part of the wider BI & Planning group, bringing together BI Consultants, Developers and Customer Success Managers. A central part of our work is Naviloq, our own BI & Planning software, which we use to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.
We work with a mix of clients and projects, so no two days are the same. You’ll find yourself switching between technical challenges, like building integrations or modeling data, and more creative work, such as designing dashboards and reports that actually help our clients make sense of their numbers.
As a BI Consultant, you’ll be in regular contact with clients to figure out what they need and how we can help them move forward. Our clients come from all sorts of industries and backgrounds, so you’ll get plenty of variety and learn something new all the time. The job calls for a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and a genuine interest in helping people solve problems.

Our own Naviloq BI tool powers much of what we do, giving you the chance to shape solutions from start to finish and see the impact of your work in action. Because Naviloq is developed in-house, if you notice a missing feature or have a new idea, the path to product development is short. You’re not just using a tool; you’re helping to build it.
