At Staria, our BI Service team is an integral part of the larger BI & Planning team, comprising a dynamic group of professionals including BI Consultants, Architects and Data Engineers. This team thrives on diversity and variety, making each day unique and filled with different tasks that are not only enjoyable but also enriching for professional growth. 

A Day in the Life of a BI Consultant 

Each BI Consultant manages several customer accounts, engaging daily with clients to understand their needs and strategize future actions. Our clients vary widely in size, industry, and requirements, making every interaction different and interesting. The team's responsibilities range from technical tasks like developing integrations and data modeling to creative ones such as designing dashboards and reports. These tasks require a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and customer orientation. Despite the independence each role offers, collaboration is at the heart of our operations. 

Hybrid Work Model: Flexibility and Collaboration 

Staria supports a hybrid working model, allowing team members the freedom to choose their work environment—be it from the comfort of their home or our lively office. The BI Service team enjoys meeting at the office where they engage in thoughtful sparring sessions, mentorship of new hires, and regular team lunches. Daily meetings ensure everyone is aligned and informed about ongoing projects.

Naviloq: Our In-House Developed BI Solution 

The BI Service team works with Naviloq, our proprietary Business Intelligence tool. It stands out for its intuitiveness and the seamless integration of reporting, analyzing, and planning capabilities—features uncommon in other BI tools. Staria’s Product Development team created Naviloq and their close proximity to the BI Service team ensures fast feedback loops and a continuously improving product. The cooperation encourages open communication and innovative development, and helps our consultants stay up to speed on the latest product features.
