Our latest engagement survey with Eletive explored the key drivers that influence our daily experience at Staria. These included:

 By looking at these areas, we gain a clear picture of our strengths and where we can grow.

Our results: A strong foundation for success

We’re excited to share that Staria’s overall Engagement Score was 4.1, a result that stands out in our industry. According to Eletive, a score reaching the level 4.0 represent ‘a high and good result’ amongst the Eletive’s extensive benchmark database. 

Even more impressive, we received top marks in three core areas:

  2. Relationship with Manager

  3. Relationships with Colleagues

These scores earned us special recognition from Eletive, highlighting what makes Staria a truly great place to work.

This year has truly shown the power of teamwork at Staria. Here’s few highlights from this year:

Industry events and Staria community happenings

Our teams have successfully joined forces to organize one of the leading industry events: Nordic NetSuite Summit and many other events across different countries. These events have highlighted the meaningfulness of Starians’ work when hearing how we’ve been supporting our customers’ growth journeys along the way.

Across our offices, team days and local events have helped strengthen our sense of community. These gatherings, whether for learning, celebrating, or just connecting, have played a big part in building relationships and keeping our culture vibrant.

Staria’s Wellbeing program

Our Wellbeing program this year has been all about supporting Starians in considering overall wellbeing. Program introduced initiatives focused on mental health, physical activity, and work-life balance, making sure everyone has access to resources and activities that help them feel their best. From wellness challenges and mindfulness sessions to flexible support for different life situations, our goal is to create an environment where every Starian can thrive both at work and beyond.

Value Ambassador program and strengthening our culture

The Staria Value Ambassador program has continued to shine a light on colleagues who truly live our values of Collaboration, Courage, and Commitment. Through this program, we recognize those who go above and beyond, setting an example for all of us.

 We’ve also made progress in building a feedback culture. By encouraging open and constructive feedback, we’re helping each other learn and grow every day. This commitment to development was also reflected in our 360 Leadership Feedback survey, where Starians expressed strong appreciation for their immediate leaders and the support they provide.

Flexibility and connection: Finding the right balance

Remote work continues to be a key advantage at Staria, giving our people the flexibility they need to do their best work. At the same time, many of us value the energy and connection that comes from meeting face-to-face.
